Accessibility and inclusion training for real workplaces
Simple skills your team can use every day.

Accessibility and inclusion matter, but knowing where to start can feel daunting.
Many small organisations want to do the right thing, but guidance can feel confusing and fear of getting it wrong can hold teams back. Our training makes accessibility and inclusion practical and achievable, focusing on everyday situations at work, from communication and recruitment to adjustments and team culture. It builds confidence, reduces uncertainty, and helps create workplaces where people feel welcome and supported.
“I thought it was a really useful exercise in thinking through our relationships, our dynamics and the way we address the people we work with. Especially in a sector (or between two sectors) who have different cultures and are still coming around to more person-centred ways of working.”
Emily Brook,
Director of Innovation
