Accessibility and inclusion training that turns policy into practice

A clear, shared approach across teams and services.

In large organisations, accessibility and inclusion can look strong on paper but vary widely in day-to-day delivery.

When teams interpret guidance differently, inclusion becomes inconsistent, confidence drops and risk increases, especially across departments, sites or services. Our training provides a structured, organisation-wide approach to prioritise what matters most and embed consistent practice. The result is clearer expectations, stronger capability and confidence, and progress you can evidence beyond policy.

Why Options?

With over 30 years’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and brain injuries, Options brings practical insight to help organisations turn inclusion into everyday reality.

“I thought it was a really useful exercise in thinking through our relationships, our dynamics and the way we address the people we work with. Especially in a sector (or between two sectors) who have different cultures and are still coming around to more person-centred ways of working.”

Director of Innovation

Meet your trainer

Christine is an inclusion specialist, community engagement leader, and trainer with over 18 years’ experience in social care and disability advocacy. As Community Engagement Development Manager at Options, she leads work that supports people with learning disabilities, autism, and brain injuries to participate fully in community life. Christine brings frontline insight and practical expertise to help organisations move beyond policy and build meaningful, everyday inclusive practice.

What stood out most was Christine’s skill in adapting the content to reflect our organisation’s values and the real-life situations our team faces. The sessions were highly interactive, thoughtfully paced, and full of practical tools that staff could immediately apply in their roles.
