8. What should I expect during the hiring process?

The process typically involves an application review, interviews, and onboarding with comprehensive training.

Application Reviews – This involves shortlisting applicants and pre-screening for the job role.
Interview Process – Involves being asked questions specific to the role and about any prior or lived experience. You will also be asked scenario based questions, and asked about your availability and any training requirements. 
Pre-employment checks – Including, two satisfactory references and a Child & Adult Enhanced DBS.
