Our commitments

Committed to you

We know that we couldn’t offer great support without the skills and dedication of our staff. That’s why when you become part of Options, we offer you the following commitments.

Our commitments

We’re committed to you

We couldn’t offer great support without the skills and dedication of our staff. That’s why we are committed for our staff to be treated fairly, and for their skills to be recognised

Real Living Wage Scheme

We endeavour to pay the Real Living Wage wherever we can across our organisation to recognise fair pay for fair work

Social work is skilled work

We want our staff to be acknowledged for the skilled work that they do, every day. That’s why we continue to campaign for positive change in the wider social care system

We listen to you

We hold regular ‘Staff Voice’ forums where our staff have open and honest discussions and implement new ideas

Training and development

We have a dedicated training team and enroll all staff on a comprehensive training package related to their role

Gender Pay Gap Report

As we employ more than 250 staff, we’re required by law to publish an annual gender pay gap report showing the difference in average male and female earnings. Even if we didn’t have to do this by law, we would do it anyway. Our staff being treated fairly and equally is vitally important to us
