Applying for a job at Options
A job at Options is one that makes full lives possible for people with disabilities. We want your experience for applying with a job for us to be easy to understand and enjoyable. A job in social care is more than a job. It takes a commitment to make every day extraordinary for the people we support. Here’s how we handle your application when you apply for a job with us.
Our recruitment process
Step 1
Apply via our website where you’ll be asked a few questions about your availability, how many hours you’d like and more
Step 2
Our recruitment team will review your application and will be in touch if we think you’re a great fit!
Step 3
We invite you to an interview to get to know you a little better
Step 4
If you’re successful, you’re given a conditional offer and we carry out some pre-employment checks.
Step 5
If all these steps go to plan, you’re officially a part of the Options team and your role begins!
