Access Riders in the Workplace: Practical Tools for Inclusive Working

June 19, 2026

You’re invited to our corporate brunch event!

Friday 19th June 2026, 11:00am – 12:30pm

For over 30 years, Options has been dedicated to supporting, empowering, and enabling people with disabilities to live full, independent lives — always putting the person at the heart of everything we do.

Join us for a morning of professional networking, collaborative discussion, and practical insight into access riders as a simple, effective tool for creating more inclusive working environments. This session will explore how access riders can improve communication, set clear expectations, and support both staff and freelancers from the very start.

The session will be co‑hosted by Andrew Sinclair, Creative Practitioner & Access Consultant, and Christine Bithell, Community and Inclusion Development Manager for Options, combining sector expertise with lived and professional experience.

This brunch offers an opportunity to connect with like‑minded professionals, build meaningful partnerships, and gain something tangible you can begin using straight away to strengthen accessibility and inclusion within your organisation.

Take part in an interactive workshop designed to encourage shared learning and practical problem‑solving, and hear inspiring stories from Options that demonstrate how thoughtful, person‑centred approaches can remove barriers and open up opportunities for people with disabilities.

A complimentary brunch will be served, featuring pastries, coffee, tea, and fresh juices.

Attendance is free, but spaces are limited.
