What is The Big Little Walk?
‘The Big Little Walk’ is a 4km walk designed especially for families and children under 12.
Starting at Seacombe and finishing at New Brighton, families will follow a fun, encouraging route filled with small moments of joy along the way, while raising funds for people with disabilities across Merseyside.
It’s not about speed or distance. It’s about completing something meaningful and feeling proud at the finish.


What to expect on the day
Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where children can move at their own pace.
Along the route, you’ll find playful moments designed for little legs – from bubbles and high-fives to photo stops and surprises.

Yes – absolutely. This is a relaxed, family-friendly walk.
Should you need to rest your little legs along the way, there are lots of places to take a break.

We encourage individuals to raise £45 and families to aim for £75, but every contribution no matter how big or little, makes a huge difference.
The Big Little Walk was created with accessibility in mind and we aim to make the event as inclusive as possible.

We aim for the event to happen come rain or shine.
