Our offices are located opposite St Nicholas’ Church and gardens, and are just a stone’s throw from the iconic Liverpool Liver Building. Whether you’re planning a training session, a board meeting, or a small team gathering, our purpose-built facilities are easily accessible.

Our pricing is flexible depending on the type of booking, length of hire and space required.

Do you offer discounts for community or voluntary groups?

Yes. We’re committed to supporting our local community and offer reduced rates for charities, public sector organisations and community groups.

What’s included in the hire cost?

All bookings include access to the space and kitchen facilities.

Is there a minimum or maximum hire time?

We offer flexible booking durations, from short sessions to full-day use. Let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What times is the space available?

Availability varies, but we aim to offer bookings across weekdays. However, evenings and weekends are also possible and incur an additional charge. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date.

How do I check availability?

Can I view the space before booking?

Absolutely. We encourage visits so you can see if the space works for you. Get in touch to arrange a time.
