Designed around community and person-centred practice, The POD supports people to develop skills, form meaningful connections and take part in everyday life in a way that works for them.

Once we receive your enquiry and had time to review it, we’ll confirm availability and send a tailored quote and invoice.

How much does it cost to hire The POD?

Our pricing is flexible depending on the type of booking, length of hire and space required. We aim to keep costs affordable for community groups and local organisations.

Do you offer discounts for community or voluntary groups?

Yes. We’re committed to supporting local community activity and may offer reduced rates for charities, grassroots groups and regular bookings.

What’s included in the hire cost?

All bookings include access to the main space and basic facilities. Kitchen access and any additional requirements can be discussed when you enquire.

Is there a minimum or maximum hire time?

We offer flexible booking durations, from short sessions to full-day use. Let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

When is The POD available?

Availability varies, but we aim to offer bookings across weekdays, evenings and weekends where possible. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date.

Can I book a regular slot (e.g. weekly sessions)?

Yes. We welcome regular bookings and can work with you to secure consistent time slots where availability allows.
