If you are administering an estate that includes a gift to Options, thank you.

Bank Transfer 
You can pay in a legacy gift directly into our bank account. Please contact our fundraising team who can provide you with our bank details and a reference number. You can email fundraising@optionsempowers.org.uk or call 0151 236 0855. 

Cheque 
You can send a cheque made payable to ‘Options for Supported Living’ to:

We would be grateful if you could include a note telling us the following information: 

  • The full name of the person who has left us this legacy 
  • The date of the persons death 
  • The executor’s name, address and contact details 

This is so we can identify the legacy and match up the payment.
