Wording for your will

To include Options in your Will, you and your solicitor can use the following wording: 

A percentage gift (residuary): 

“I give [insert percentage]% of the residue of my estate to Options for Supported Living, registered charity number 1063038, of St Nicholas House, Old Churchyard, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 8TX, for its general charitable purposes. I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my Executors.” 

A cash gift (pecuniary): 

“I give [insert amount] to Options for Supported Living, registered charity number 1063038, of St Nicholas House, Old Churchyard, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 8TX, for its general charitable purposes. I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my Executors.”
